As your Cardiologist and Internal Medicine Specialist, we strive to provide the highest level of care whilst delivering medically necessary services covered by OHIP. While OHIP covers the costs for most of your medical needs, there are many services which are not covered.

Uninsured medical services are services your doctor provides that are no longer covered by provincial health care plans. These uninsured services include but are not limited to prescription renewals by phone or fax, disability, or insurance forms and more.

To pay for your annual fee or an individual uninsured service, please fill out the PAY ONLINE form. A receipt will be issued to you automatically.
